Emmett Therapy is an understanding of the body’s response to light touch

Emmett Therapy is a gentle, highly effective technique for addressing chronic pain and improving mobility. It involves applying light pressure to specific points on the body, known as 'Emmett points', which correspond to areas of muscle memory and tension. These points help reset the body's muscle memory, facilitating a natural release of pain and restriction.

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings without judgment.

Mindfulness coaching sessions help our clients tap into the internal space connecting the mind to the growth of physical and emotional well-being. There is a strong sense of the person being whole. We want to get to the point where we observe experiences as they unfold rather than reacting automatically or being lost in worries about the past or future. In a coaching session I interpret what is happening both personally and in relation to others. It is about helping people live more consciously and fully engaged in their lives with out personal judgement.

Private yoga sessions offer a tailored approach to movement, breath, and relaxation, designed to meet your unique needs and goals.

Fluid Nation specialises in personalised 1-1 private yoga classes right up to large indoor and outdoor classes. Private yoga classes can be done in our studio at Trinity Beach or we can travel to your home or work space. There is also an online option to take part in 1-1 or up to 6 people in a session.
