How does mindfulness coaching benefit the client?
It provides a safe space with a chance to focus our attention inwards despite the chaos of the outside world. It is a chance to slow down and be present in the moment. It is a chance to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgement. It is a chance to be aware of our surroundings and the people in our lives.

What it is not....
Mindfulness coaching is not therapy or medical advice. If my clients have issues outside my area of expertise, I let them know that I can give them a process to face these challenges without overstepping my professional boundaries. I am there to witness the transformation and enable insights to emerge, providing the client with space to navigate their journey. Mindfulness coaching is about facilitating growth and awareness in the here and now not about fixing problems from a clinical standpoint.
What is in a session?
Most sessions range from 30 – 60 minutes in length. They always begin with a breath work session before we use a variety of mindfulness practices to guide the exploration of what is holding you back from achieving your desires. The journey is one of discovery, growth and continuous learning, a path that leads to a deeper more mindful way of living.
